Tom Brady's Hair continues to cause problems

The recent trade of all-star Wide-Out Randy Moss to the Vikings has many people questioning the motives of the Patriots. Why would a team send out one of it's biggest offensive weapons so early in the season? Could it have been due to Moss' poor performance against the Dolphins, or was the biggest factor that it was the last year on the future HOF's contract in New England? Though these are all valid reasons, a leaked story about a confrontation between Randy and Tom Brady has come out recently, which could have been a strong reasoning in the trade. The question now is, what could have caused NFL's most dangerous duo to squabble like kids on the playground?

The answer of course is obvious: Tom Brady's hair. When your quarterback has a career as high profile in modeling as he does on the field, his looks are just as important as his play. The Patriots knew this and saw to it that instead of making Brady get a haircut they would have to trade away their #1 receiver. However, is this an isolated incident or will Tommy Boy's do cause more problems for the rest of the team?

Friday's Sports Feature: Are We Sexist?

I spent a recent weekend at the University of Connecticut to visit some local hoodlums and tricks. As I was there I decided to do a little research on what was supposed to be "Gender Issues in Sports." What I ended up studying was a little topic called "Are We Sexist?" After leaving UCONN I continued my survey on some other random participants on the streets and over the internet. 

So, are we sexist? Answer after the break.

Why was this man in the all-star game?

 Chris Kaman, otherwise known as the big goofy white guy on the Western Conference Team

Not even the most hardcore of NBA fans may know who Chris Kaman is, but he still managed to make this past sunday's all-star game as a Center for the West. Although he certainly lacks recognition, Kaman makes up for it with his stats, as he has the highest Points Per Game for Centers in the league thus far this season with 20. This of course does not mean that Kaman deserves a spot in the All-Star game though, since the event is made for the best of the best in the entire league. That being said though, Kaman does have rank #1 for Pts/Rbs/Asts in the Western Conference, though that's not nearly as impressive as it sounds considering that the West does not hold the amount of great centers that the East does. In ranking Pts/Rbs/Asts for all Centers, only 3 out of the Top 10 ranking players are from the Western Conference.
