Best of the NFL Week 11 Part 1

This past week could have honestly been the most epic so far this season, although not how most expected it. Instead of a match-up between the two AFC powerhouses, the Colts and the Ravens, being the best game of the week, the toilet bowl between the browns and the lions turned out to be the most exciting game since 18-1 in February 2008. If you don't believe me then hit the jump to see one of the most exciting games in the NFL in years.

Now you may have expected a matchup between two teams that had a record of 2 wins this season would be a bore and although you would be correct 90% of the time, in this particular situation you are incorrect. This game had everything that makes football great; big plays on both sides of the ball, a big time comeback, gutsy calls and of course, Brady Quinn.

The way it should be

The game started off with a bang as Kevin Smith showed that there were other players on the lions that can make plays other than Calvin Johnson.

"Bitches I am 1/3 of this offense!"

However at this point the Lions were still playing like themselves, and only managed to obtain a field goal to tie the game up. The Browns however were not so foolish with their opportunities when they obtained possession.

My god a Browns QB knows how to play Football!

When the Matt Stafford came back onto the field, he made the grave mistake of thinking that he was Brady Quinn and threw it to the Browns.

Oh Wait that's right I don't play for Cleveland, I play for the other really bad football team in a depressingly poor city

From this point on the Browns continued to make the worst pass defense in the league look like....well, themselves.

Josh Cribbs is like Ted Ginn, if he could actually catch.

At this point though, the Lions decided they wanted to actually start playing like a real football team, and that's when things began to get interesting.

Where at first it began with one touchdown..

See we can style over your defense too!

..it soon led to two...

It also led to one of to one of the most awesome TD celebrations ever

This guy wins the award for biggest trickster in the NFL

..which lead to three..

Of course thanks to the browns 3x Team MVP, Phil Dawson, they were able to stay in the running

It's sad when your kicker is 1/3 of your teams skill

But the Lions wouldn't let it go without a fight

The lions may suck, but they have the best celebrations of any team in the league

At this point however the Browns D decided to make some plays

Boomshakalaka!

Oh don't mind me, making the best interception of the year

With this opportunity the Browns offense (aka Brady Quinn and Josh Cribbs) decided to capitalize and win the game...

And while you may think this is the end of the game it's not. In fact the ending to this spectacular game is so amazing, the .gif I made of it couldn't be uploaded. So for now, all I can offer is this video.

Because this week is so epic; Best of the Week will take place in two parts. Expect part 2 to be up soon
