(1) | Still #1, and even with Peyton playing far from perfect, still winning games. It's been about their suffocating D lately.
(2) | The Colts and the Saints are the only two consistent bright spots in the NFL. Not to say they won't both lose, but hopefully in a normal fashion to a good team.
(4) | The Pats over-take the Bungals for now after they slipped up big and the Pats rebounded and dominated the Jets. The offense is pretty scary again.
(3) | After looking so strong vs. good teams they lay an egg and can't score enough against the Raiders. They will need to rebound and I think they will in the coming weeks.
(5) | They threw all over the Seahawks but didn't have the greatest YPC in the run game. Even Tavaris Jackson threw well. Maybe there IS hope for him in the future... or maybe not.
(9) | If you looked at the team ranks by category they are middle of the road on defense in most everything, but somehow they always play well and step it up. Ricky used his amazing pot power, weed wonders, and hemp heroics to win.
(11) | There is just something wrong with this team. Many games they have lost they easily could have won, and this game probably should not have gone to OT. They are extremely talented on the field, but on the sidelines they are poor.
(7) | They were close to taking down the undefeated team for the 2nd year in a row but the kicker may have blew it again for them. They are another talented team that is better than their record shows.
(6) | Honestly, this defense isn't that impressive. It's all about Troy. The Madden curse is taking its toll on him and the Steelers. They really dropped the ball losing to the Chiefs...
(14) | LT is starting to look great again and this offense is playing well overall. This game turned out how it did because of the Broncos downfall more than the Chargers uprising.
(10) | The Failcons are slipping as fast as the Broncos are. You can't blame it on not having Turner either as Snelling played well. It's their weak secondary and inability to finish games.
(8) | This is bad, real bad. Redzone turnovers killed them in this game, as well as the defense not playing as well as earlier in the season. As everyone has noticed, this is strangely similar to last season as the Broncos fall and the Chargers rise.
(12) | Kris Brown has blown 2 games in a row for them. Clearly they pass well but they need to get Slaton going in the running game so they can better close out these close games.
(16) | They played well on offense and ok on defense. But they weren't the best at finishing drives as the game stayed very close until Cutler once again threw a pick.
(15) | The offense is just on fire recently. Even Leinart played pretty well in the second half. If they could fix their O-Line they could really become a consitent force, but until then they are going to be up and down.
(13) | So this is the amazing Cowboys offense? I really have nothing to say about them but they are going to be overrated all year by the media.
(20) | Rodgers played well in the 2004 top QB draft class bowl, and the run defense stayed strong, yet they aren't very good against the pass and they let the Niners rally back before they squeaked out the win.
(17) | It was a tale of 2 halfs for the Niners, but in the end their defense couldn't get the ball back and let the Pack run more than 5 mins off the clock. That is just upsetting.
(22) | This turn around is amazing. It's not just Vince Young magicall winning, the defense has stepped it up greatly also.
(19) | Most people saw this coming. After the Colts loss, the Pats rage was aimed at the Jets. The defense confused the crap out of Mark Sanchez and he has continued to play like the rookie he is. This is going to make them continue to lose as they don't have enough to overcome his flaws. If he can play like he did earlier they can win again.
(18) | They ran well and Delhomme didn't mess up until late, but the Dolphins know how to finish out close games and the Panthers know how to blow them.
(21) | No run game because of no offensive line + no Urlacher + Cutler starting = more losses.
(23) | Some late game heroics from Garrard to Sims-Walker led them to the close win. In all honesty though this game should have been easy for the Jags.
(24) | They do have a pretty dominating D when they are all clicking. Maybe if they had at least 1 of their 2 top RBs they could have put up 2 more points to win that game.
(28) | Adding Chambers has really sparked something in this offense. Even without Bowe they didn't miss a beat in the passing game. But I am still suprised they won. Happy though, stupid Steelers...
(26) | Wow, who is this Terrell Owens guy? That was impressive. Too bad nothing else went quite right for the offense as they once again struggle to score.
(25) | They have absolutely no running game. And the defense is pretty poor. That will be all.
(31) | Raiders = Ultimate Trolls of the NFL. Also, bench Russell and get win. That is the recipe for mild success in Oakland.
(27) | Josh Freeman started the game looking like they had a chance for the upset but then he played like a rookie and made many mistakes. It's not his fault they can't run or play defense though.
(29) | Stafford lit up the lowly Browns in the Toilet Bowl game. That was a crazy and lucky ending though. They have a pretty good offense if they can block better. The defense is bad though.
(30) | SJax is quite talented. Bulger is quite washed up. The Rams are quite bad.
(31) | Brady Quinn was great for the first time well... ever. It was basically bad luck that lost the game. |

Week 12 Power Rankings
The Steelers and Bengals slipped up and lost to bad teams while the Broncos kept losing and the NFC East got a little tighter. Many of the division races tightened up this week and we should be on track to see a fun playoff run in the remaining weeks of the NFL regular season

rofl chargers @ 10? nigga, you whack
ReplyDeleteeven when they were playing like garbage the chargers have only lost to good team this year and none of the losses were blowouts (ravens and broncos were both winnable games that we let slip away) and youre ranking the fuckin dolphins over them?
nigga, you whack as hell
Dolphins have the toughest schedule in the leauge and still are in the playoff race even though they have lost their best player. The chargers play in the NFC West.
ReplyDeleteLanguage! Just kidding. Yeah, the Chargers are good but they always make this playoff run and then do nothing. They just are bleh. If they keep it up they will move up, no hatin here.
