Don Frye is an American Hero. Some of you may not know who he is or what he did, but that doesn't change the fact that he is a hero. This is Ol' Donnie boy mashing fists with some Japanese pretender. Also, the Japanese guy was probably a terrorist. Full video after the break.
Not only did Don have the Manly American Flag pants, he also rocked a sweet sports mustache. Don once was forced by a ref to tap out because of a hold he was caught in. Don did not want to tap out but the ref made him due to concern of serious injury. His most manly event came here when he and Yoshihiro Takayama participated in the most exciting PRIDE FC MMA ever. They clutched each other and got off many defenseless hits like shown above at least 3 times during the fight. At the end of it all Frye looked like he was scratched by a cat, while Takayama looked like he went through a meat pulverizer.
